★ ★ ★ ★ ★ อยากเข้ามาบอกพฤติกรรมของพนักงาน รับออร์เดอร์ ค่ะ วันที่19/18/62 เวลา14:00 โดยประมาณ ทางดิฉันได้โทรสั่งนม ค่ะ พนักงานรับสายชื่อ สุจิตตา ไม่ทราบนามสกุล ทางดิฉันได้ทำการสั่งออร์เดอร์ซ้อนกันจึงโทรยกเลิกออร์เดอร์ให้เป็นออร์เดอร์เดียว ดิฉันกำลังจะอธิบายให้พนักงานฟังเพื่อจะได้เขาใจในเหตุที่ต้องการค่ะ แต่พนักงานพูดตัดบทและทำเสียงแข็งใส่ค่ะ ไม่ฟังเหตุผล ของลูกค้าแล้วยังจะทำเสียงแข็งใส่ พฤติกรรมแบบนี้ไม่สมควรที่จะมาทำงานบริการแบบนี้เลยค่ะ แบบนี้แค่ทำงานรับสายลูกค้านะคะ ถ้าต้องเจอหน้ากับลูกค้าจะขนาดไหน
