★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where I live and it is quiet. Room size depends on where it is. There is also a swimming pool and a diving board with it. The only problem is that there is no playground for the kids and sometimes there are annoying noise like drilling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an easily accessible location. The room size is quite large. However, the poor management is annoying. The juristic just seems to not be able to deal with any problems or conflicts, so you just have to live with it.
Moreover, there are many foreigners that seems to live their own culture and careless for others, so it's not as quiet as it used to be. Their kids are screaming, and they like to keep the doors opened while they are at home which makes it noisier.
