★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here currently. The property is very well maintained. The inmates are very well disciplined and orderly. The units are large and airy and the staff is very responsive. The Soi is a little congested though with street food hawkers making it even more difficult for the traffic and walkers. The place is very well located in terms of accessibility to sky train, bus and taxi. The best shopping malls and restaurants of Sukhumvit are just a stone throw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosmovilla is one of the most popular condominiums in Soi 12 and one of most recent constructions. The property is quite safe and has everything a modern condominium would have such as 2-3 bedroom apartment, furnished or otherwise, penthouse, swimming pool, small gym and play area for kids. The facility inside and management is very good and you wont get any surprises when you pay bills end of every month. The tenants are mostly foreigners and relatively quiter and cozy apartment than some of them around.
