★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gets three stars just for being a cafe attached to a police station. It isn't great: above average prices, no WiFi and apathetic staff. Also, iced drinks cost 20 baht more than hot drinks. That's right, they charge 20 baht for a cup of ice! But so what? They're there when you need a hot cup of coffee after taking care of business. So it's good enough for me.
