Staffs are nice , English not bad.
There is no gym room.

There was a new face on reception I didn't recognize but I haven't visited for a few months. I'd noticed that they had a promotion on with a free room upgrade.
Because of the situation I decided to go directly to reception instead of booking online to try to save them 15%.
I showed the guy at reception the offer 915 baht and said would he like me to book with him directly or book on booking.com. He said booking.com so I walked back to the car to collect my things and book. When I tried to book he had changed the price to a 400 baht increase.
My wife went back in to ask about it and he stuttered and said I don't know.
Congratulations on not only losing my booking but all my future business.
