However, I regret that these hard-working elephants are very helpful and friendly. The elephant workers are very professional and friendly. The tour guides also have repeatedly explained that there is absolutely no abuse of elephants. On the contrary, they all love elephants and ride Elephants are very sacred in Thailand, but because elephants eat a lot, the tips given by tourists are used to raise elephants, and they are definitely not used to make money.
This time we did not ride any elephant, but we left the tip 300B to the camp to help with buying the food and equipment for elephants.
Shouldn't you ride an elephant?
There is no certain answer, because tourists don't come, there is no income in the camp, elephants will not take care of them, tourists will go, the camp has income, but elephants have to work hard, this kind of spear and shield, there is no perfect corresponding strategy. I only hope that elephants can work happily and it is more important to have proper care.

But I enjoyed my trip there... to actually touch an elephant and feed her.
Wonderful host.... with his family and mahoot helper.
I was HAPPY to pay $$$$ to help support a nice Thai family who is taking great care of elephants.
