★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our five star stay at Centre Point Hotel Korat Terminal 21 was absolutely perfect.
We knew that the standard would be high when we drove to the T21 Shopping Complex parking and were guided to the hotel's designated parking spot and were greeted by the hotel's friendly attendant. Next step was the friendly Covid-19 health check and professional check-in at the bright and stylishly minimalistic bright lobby. Our room was spacious ( even with three single beds ) and bright. Air was filtered and temperature perfect, the AC silent. Roomservice was great too. Breakfast was included, service perfect and the selection healthy and plentiful. As European I missed my unhealthy treats, bacon and cheese, but I got over it in about one second. Location in the biggest and newest shopping center T21 was super convenient. All in all 10+ points in every possible category. Thank you!
We booked the hotel through Agoda and it worked seamlessly. Sadly Agoda (powered by Rentalcars.com) rental car booking for a Toyota Camry at BKK airport worked so badly I will have to report them to the police and bank for fraud and theft after Christmas. Agoda took the booking, withdrew the full sum and Rentalcars.com canceled the booking because Avis didn't have a car to rent out. They withdrew the money and will not return it because they say it was only "reserved " yet the money was taken from my account (and not returned) , also according to the bank. 8 emails later and 4 phone calls ... they don't budge. For this reason I would recommend not using Agoda and never ever their car booking partner Rentalcars.com.
But, the hotel and hotel booking worked seamlessly. Sending love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's actually right in korat city with a big shopping mall that come with a sky pool. service is good. they have free self laundry machine, children play room, children and adult pool as well. thai massage at the shopping mall only 250 baht and food here at the food court is very affordable between 30-50 baht/dish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large comfortable bed, nice room. Very good gym nice biggish pool and sun area. Next to Yerminal 21 shopping mall and opposite Big C. Otherwise need Grab taxi everywhere. Korat is a big sprawling city and bars etc are scattered around, not in walking distance of each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room cleanliness is spotless and also comfy. Staffs are friendly and really helpful especially night shift guard staff that day advise me on how to access to YaMao Statue by car. Lots of choice on breakfast buffet really worth the price. This hotel will be my no.1 choice when visit Korat in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a business trip and booked with Grand king room for 3 weeks. Professional staffs. Very nice style modern hotel, clean and smell fresh. The bedroom big and bed comfortable, bathroom amazing. Breakfast good quality but not much choice. Nearby many shopping centers. Recommend!!!!
