★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ลิฟท์ช้ามาก ค้างบ่อย ตั้งแต่มาอยู่เจอลิฟท์ค้างไป 3 ครั้ง มีครั้งนึงค้างครึ่งชม. ไปแค่ชั้น10 ใช้เวลาตั้ง 3 นาทียิ่งเวลาคนเยอะๆใช้เวลาเกือบ 11 นาที สระว่ายน้ำก็พังร้างมาก คอนโดเก่ามากก นิติบุคคลก็เป็นพวกป้าแก่ๆพูดจาไม่ดีและชอบยุ่งเรื่องชาวบ้าน แต่ราคาถือว่าถูกเพราะห้องกว้าง ติดรถไฟฟ้า จากหน้าปากซอยมาถึงคอนโดไม่ไกล ใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาที
