★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a library for you. And you could also stay at the lobby if you're just a guest. There are a lot of sofas and seats for you. Staffs at the counters are also good and kind.
If you're a room owner, you could use fitness, swimming pool, Jacuzzi pool. And there are also two saunas (but I'm not sure about regulations. You should ask the staff).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved here in September of 2020. The main reason was its location as my son, who is 10 goes to Mae pra Fatima School which is next door. I mean next door!
You can get to the school quickly and safely in the morning and in the afternoon.
Location is so important.
But the area around is really interesting too, lots of places to eat and great local markets.
It is great if you have a car and want to get away from Bangkok, main roads and express ways are on your doorstep.
If you need MRT or SkyTrain or Airport link they are all very close.
The rooms and facilities in the condo are really good too.
Best of it is really affordable.
Rent starts at about 9,000 Baht a month.
