ควร แบ่งช่องชำระเงินเป็น 2 ช่อง สำหรับ ลค.ที่ซื้อกินเอง ออเดอร์ไม่เกิน 2 แก้ว กับ อีก1 ช่อง สำหรับออเดอร์ที่มาสั่งมากกว่า 2 แก้ว เพราะเห็นหลายคนสั่งแก้วเดียว แต่ต้องรอคิวเดียวกับคนอื่น บางทีมา 5,6 แก้ว แล้วมีเยอะมากที่ฝากกันสั่งซื้อ ทั้งพนักงานออฟฟิศที่ฝากกันซื้อมั่งล่ะ ทั้ง grab ทั้ง get dalivery อีก ทำให้คนที่สั่งกินแค่แก้วเดียวต้องรอเป็นชั่วโมง
ในขณะที่จ่ายตังค์ไปแล้ว
ซึ่งไม่โอเครที่สุดเลยคือ พนักงานไม่มีแจ้งเลยว่า ตอนนี้มีกี่ออเดอร์ ต้องรออีก 100 แก้วนะคะ ลค.จะได้รู้ว่าจะรอหรือจะไปกินเป็นช่วงเที่ยงดี แทนที่จะมานั่งรอ 2 ชม. แบบนี้ เข้างานก็ไม่ทัน ตังค์ก็จ่ายไปแล้ว แก้วนึงก็ 50-60 บาท เพื่ออะไร
กลับไปคิดเรื่องการบริหารจัดการใหม่นะ หากไม่อยากเสียลูกค้าที่เค้ามีเวลาเป็นเงินเป็นทอง เหมือนพวกคุณ!!!
