スタジオで23m2 シャワーとトイレ,冷蔵庫、テレビ、クロゼットしか有りませんが一人なら十分でしょう。
水圧も高い方だと思います。
アパートなので一括管理で安心です。
一階には普連人と言う日本食堂が有ります。
Renovation is currently in progress, and I think the room after the renovation is quite good.
In the studio there are only 23 square meters shower and toilet, refrigerator, TV, closet, but one person is enough.
I think the water pressure is also high.
As it is an apartment, it is safe by collective management.
On the first floor there is a Japanese dining room called Furan.

Renting a studio for just 2months with an option to extend if necessary, C One Mansion seized my deposit illegaly based on a paper I had NOT signed !
Please refrain renting studios from them, so that V One Mansion (the head office) will understand that Customer Service is the first priority.
I explained to operations team's staff the situation that the staff forgot to print out the document which bound the tenant to announce departure 30-days prior (while I already told them I'm on a tourist visa and only extend my stay if I can extend my Visa! and also they forget to print and show me the paper and have me signed it!!!) But the guy in the office just laughed and said: "Next time you're in Bangkok go to police station to have your money back." > 250 Euros defalcated by them illegally from me 250 ยูโร defalcated โดยพวกเขาผิดกฎหมายจากฉัน <

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located in On Nut neighbourhood, 5-10 minutes walk to Lotus and On Nut bts, then you'll get everything you want! Staff are super friendly and responsive! Nice swimming pool and rooftop garden. The only minus is rooms themselves, which are clean but very basic!
