★ ★ ★ ★ ★ บ้านราคาแพง แต่คุณภาพงานราคาถูก บ้านอยู่อาศัยไม่ถึง1ปี ก็ร้าวรอบบ้านแล้ว QC งานก็ชุ่ย ของไม่ตรงสเปคไม่รู้ได้ยังไง นี่เป็นลูกบ้านต้องมาอ่านแบบเองถึงรู้ว่าของที่ได้ไม่ถูกต้อง แย่สุดคือไม่มี ground rod... เพิ่งรู้ทีหลังหลังจากอยู่อาศัยมาเป็นปี... พอขอเอกสาร QC report ทั้งหมดของบ้านทั้งหลัง.. ส่งมาให้ 7หน้า บอกมีแค่นี้... ที่สุดของความไม่จริงใจค่ะ .. ติดต่อ call center ไปด้วยความโมโห อยากจะคุยกับผู้บริหาร... แต่ก็ยังไม่ได้เรื่อง ขอบอกตรงนี้เลยแล้วกัน ว่าเป็น developer ที่ดีแต่ชื่อค่ะ สร้าง branding ได้ แต่ offering จริงคือน่าผิดหวัง ควรปรับปรุงแก้ไขโดยด่วนค่ะ

I want to talk to the management... but it still doesn't matter Let me tell you here that it's a good developer, but the name can create branding, but the actual offering is disappointing. It should be corrected urgently.
