★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service for long time rental works extremly bad, not flexible with time slots and after i got suggested to have a driver pick it up, it took another 3 weeks waiting. Once the car was picked up they gave me a date of 5 days later (long time for half a day service) and later change when I called them to verify, had to wait another week or go pick the car up myself from a service center that is far away from my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up the vehicle at the downtown office and returned it to Suvarnaphum Air Port site with no hassles. Great working vehicle (Honda Jazz). The main office was very helpful and friendly. A good experience. I will use them again.

We rent a car for 5 weeks for a roundtrip at the north of Thailand.
We are involved in an accident, and it tooks only one hour to solved the problem. Here works the good team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good things about this location. I have rented cars in many places, both Bangkok and elsewhere in the world. But the people who work here were incredible to deal with. If you ask ahead of time, they can pick up and drop off you car.
I had an issue with my rental car, factory defect, nothing they could have known about. They arranged for a new car promptly. Upgraded me at no request and made the process painless. They even helped me transfer a trunk load of groceries to the new rental. I will not rent from a different company, or different branch again in Thailand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fast service with delivery and pick up at the Apartment. Very new Fortunner with Long rental discount. Very thorough review of the car at drop off identifying any small scratches so no issue when car was picked up. Great service and value- will only rent from Budget in the future.
