Staff and doctor incredibly knowledgeable and did a thorough and professional test to recheck my prescription. After a discussion I was very happy with the result and the way I was dealt with. Prices very good and no hard sell at all. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop with excellent quality products and service! I have been a customer of this shop for over 30 years. This is the best I have come across in terms of quality product, services and reasonable prices. It started with almost 20 minutes eye testing with a optician to make sure that your spectacles will match perfectly with your eye sights and face. The services are very good. You can change parts of your spectacles (bought from this shop) and adjust the shape for free. I have tried other optician brands, but none has come close to the mastery level of the opticians in this shop. This is a highly recommended place to get a new pair of your spectacles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for progressive glasses. The first visit I was impressed with how polite and professional of the service. I paid full amount on that visit (almost 20K) What I don't like is they didn't call when the glasses is ready. I had to call them to check and found that's it's ready for pick up. (I think the reason is because I did pay the full amount that's why)
I did some research before and know that all optical shops have one month guarantee if you feel uncomfortable with the glasses and can come back to have a retest and redo for a new glasses but with this place when I asked he said he will see what he can do but no 30 days warranty and the Progressive glasses is very pricy. So am not very impressed anymore. I have friends and siblings that need to get one but I wouldn't recommend this place.
