★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is actually valuable and effective( I had the armpit laser removal course) however counter service agent who answered the phone is super arrogant and full of attitude,once phoned to book at Thonglor branch, I asked to book an appointment on Sat&Sun but it was full, so I asked for Monday instead. She replied with the attitude that I should have known the clinic closed every Monday. Difficult to book an appointment via Line chat also, as they have taking more 2-7 days to respond.

diode laser seems effective after first visit
Treatment staffs are nice, the reception are not very welcoming
To be improve: very difficult to contact them, after hours of calling then someone pick up (of course in the working hour)

Pros:
- Good service, especially Diode laser is less painful and can see less hair in a couple of times.
- Systematic, your information will be well-filled keep records of your treatments and kindly remind your appointment a day before.
- Professional, staffs appear nicely and welcome.
They can communicate well in English (and Korean I believe)
Cons:
Very pricy, if don’t have promotion. So, I would suggest to consider price for a frequent customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a package for Upper lip Diode treatment of 3 times. Not sure it helped. You need to shave the upper lip before you come in for treatment if not they will charge 100 bhat ? to shave it for you ?. Shouldn't this be included into the package?
