The service is not good at all. Very long wait for food The container that was served inside had some hairs that I didn't know that had to be replaced. The bill has been keyed in the wrong price of food and has to go back to claim the overpayment. Some employees look like they're not Thai people, they order food, they get confused for a while and have to explain it again to understand.

Not ready, taste is not up to standard, slow cooking (Kimchi Soup), poor management, all types of chicken are gone, only the hips are left.
Might have to wait a while then come to use the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend this Bonchon branch (others were ok). Our table needed 25 minutes to get one dish. The second dish was not delivered at all! But the table next to us got all dishes within 5 minutes.
Positive to mention: the staff knows how to deal with kids.
Summary: bonchon yes, but only in Bangkok, where staff is better trained

Waited for the order for over 30mins.
The portion is so so small compare to other branch.
Everthing was not hot, the dumplings, the fried chicken, the rice.
Go to other branch, dont come here.
