★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay with a 7 eleven and lots of restaurants and street food place near by. There is also the bus stop to get to the old town really close by. The hotel staff are really helpful and will tell you everything you need to know about visiting Sukhothai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed a night here and I was very impressed by the facility of the room. The place is perfectly clean and equiped. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful with good suggestions for seeing Sukhothai. Would stay there again if passing through and would recomend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such nice staff and nice rooms equipped with nets and breakfast included. The bed was really comfortable. Only downside is its hidden in a back alley thats kinda scary to walk down late at night. Other than that its right off the main road so the location is actually great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not been here long - just a few hours, and the helpfulness of the staff has left me feeling very welcome indeed. The rooms are clean and so is most of the hotel from what I have seen, in fact they politely ask all visitors to remove there shoes the staff are bearfoot also,
Location is great as a base camp to explore the surrounding areas - please note this is a quite place and not busy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a perfect location. Helped us rent good quality bicycles and moto bikes. The staff speaks English and is here to help and guide you. All of this at a very affordable price. Would definitely recommend this hotel for travellers looking to spend a couple of days exploring the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best value for the money that we've had anywhere in Thailand! Simple, very comfortable, warm feeling, clean quiet. Breakfast for 100 baht was very good. Located a 15 min walk from the bus station and several yummy restaurants also in walking distance. Receptionists we're very friendly and helpful. We took an excellent all day bike tour with Sukhothai bicycle tours.

Clean nice large room, they bring water for you every day, the bathroom is nice too. For the price astonishing how nice it is. Bed is definitely hard so buckle up for that, but save for that definitely recommend this place. There’re a couple restaurants like 2 minute walk from the place as well as 7-Eleven which is very convenient. A little confusing to get here the first time so just pay attention.
