The last thing an American tourist on vacation wants to embarass himself with is a Thai customer service representative because he sadly doesn't speak Thai. I dreaded what was ahead. I contacted Bloom online via "Line" as indicated on their beautiful website, and they answered immediately. Immeditely! Who does that? Bloom does! And it is not a bot! It is a real live person who assists you with graciousness. This company stands behind their fresh and outstanding products. They rushed more than the rest of the order to me via motor scooter.
