★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location with access to both Sukhumvit and Rama 4 roads and 2 main highways to Bangna, Silom/Sathorn and Din Daeng. Also, 5 min bike ride or 10 min walk to BTS. The village itself is quiet and modern.

Overall, the village are still in good condition. The traffic might be a little busy during daytime from food delivery services and some units are used as offices but quiet and peaceful in the evening and night
