The managers 7 and despite speaking pure Spanish they worried that what I wanted to consume would live.

I like the fact that there is a coffeeshop inside World Medical which makes waiting a lot more "fun". The thing is, the coffee, tea and snacks offered at this Black Canyon are below standard and definitely below the quality offered, within a 200meter radius from WMC.
Also not 1 employee has shown a pro active attitude towards providing customer service. For example;
- Not being able to explain their own drinks
- playing with their phones during the order
- talking more amongst themselves
- not taking care of the seating area when customers left
Bear in mind, that this review is written after 3 visits. The reason of delay was to give them some chance to improve or simply catching them, in a wrong moment.
Wish they provided atleast the same customer service as WMC's staff is trained to provide. Black Canyon franchise is okay in general but this location is desperately in need of a quality check.
Hope your visits will be better than mine and no, i would not recommend this Black Canyon ..yet. Will give it a go in a few weeks again and hopefully i can update the review into a better score.
