★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bike Fiction today (13 November 2019) to have some adjustments done. I am touring on a Salsa Fargo with Sram 1x11, Force rear derailleur. The mechanics at the shop very patiently adjusted all the gears, straightened the hanger, and made some other adjustments as requested. They then cleaned the bike and oiled the drivetrain, then air cleaned all around the difficult-to-reach places.
On top of that they were all so lovely, thankyou!
The bike is now running beautifully and the gear changes are smooth and quick.
