★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime including a few Mercedes and can honestly say that the service provided by Mercedes Thonglor is by far the best I have experienced. My salesman Ekkasit was by far the best representative of MB I have come across in 20 years of dealing with MB. Not only was he able to communicate in English where needed, but not only provided great service during the transaction, but after the sale with follow-ups, and being on top of everything that needed to be done including registration, plates, etc. Also, I appreciate the super fast responses to any of my questions. For sure, I will go see Ekkasit first for my next car purchase and I strongly recommend him and MB Thonglor to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front office staff are good so you don't get mad easily. They just like to keep the car incredibly long for some reasons. Turn around time sucks. I've never got the car back in a day or two even though it's just regular service with advanced booking.
