Slow respond in LINE chat. I asked the staff if the shop have Grab delivery and he said no. A day later I asked again if there's any delivery service and he said no again. So I cancelled the order and said don't bother. Right after I cancelled the order. Now he said there's a delivery service this time and he told me that he was using text-to-speech while driving, that's why he was senting the wrong texts. (which is very lame excuse and unprofessional)
