★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never take the telephone. And when you go there to pick up a package you're in for at least half an hours wait. Anyway it is silly to have to go to Naklua for packages and mail with destination Pattaya. Badly organised...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something needs to be done here. The staff need looking into. All the bad reviews and still nothing is changing. I am missing 14 packages that have definitely arrived at Bang Lamung Post office and are now MISSING. I have been told because I have no tracking number that it's not their problem. Someone at the post office is stealing packages and it needs to stop!
