They arrived not long after, and the quality of the suits was fantastic! Great value and these suits are going to serve me well in the future. I highly recommend this service, and I will be recommending it to friends as well next time he's in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have four custom suits from Excelsior and they are all excellent. Sonny and his team listened to me and didn't make judgements. As a petite female who likes the "gents" style, it was important for me to feel heard, since my style is gender nonconforming. I have visited their Bangkok store, and also ordered through email, and both experiences were positive, and a huge boon to my wardrobe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Sonny and his team since 2010. Although I don't get to Bangkok as often as I used to, I make sure to connect with him during his annual tours in the US.
Since that first custom fitting many years ago, I have never purchased a suit or suit from the rack and find the quality to be long lasting. Since I am a bit hard to fit, having clothes that are made exactly for my body type is very important. I find these clothes more comfortable than wearing jeans! The ability to pick my own fabrics and relying on the expertise of Sonny on the little style pieces also make this a great experience. I have also placed orders via email during various points of the year and because they have my size on file, it works out very well. Shipping is on-time and as promised.
If you ever have the opportunity to have custom clothing made by Sonny, definitely do it. You WILL end up buying more than you intended (lol) but the quality will be worth it and it will definitely be far less than you would spend on a similar quality/quantity in the US. Others will notice your look as well.

My packaged was delivered in a timely manner which was awesome. I can honestly say the suit i ordered fitted so well and was very happy with the product. I will definitely order again from Excelsior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first visited this taylor on a backpack trip through south east Asia with my best friend. We actually scheduled our trip around going to Bangkok specifically to get custom suits from this taylor. The experience and quality of the suits were incredible. I picked up a hot Swedish girl that night on the rooftop of Above 11. Actually, she picked me up but who's counting. She proceeded to make me puff pastries the next morning since she owned a pastry shop there. Anyway, the suit was so incredible I called them when came to my city and got a handful more. Very professional fitting and great advisement of current fashion trends. Wore one of the suites last weekend and now I have two girlfriends. Would do again. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Bangkok on a Thursday for a wedding on a Saturday without a suit to wear. In a pinch I called Excelsior but simply because they were close to my hotel. I spoke to Sonnie about my problematic situation. In his third language he explained to me that it wouldn't be easy to get a full suit tailored and delivered the very next day, but if I came soon for measuring they could. Just after checking in they sent ground transportation to pick me up out in front in order to get the process started as fast as possible. With their direction I chose the style, colors & fabric based on their many available options. Because of the time pinch I allowed myself to be in these gentlemen bailed me out by tailoring and delivering a beautiful suit to me the very next day to my hotel. It is important that anyone who might come to Bangkok knows what a stellar experience this was for me start to finish. I was a little worried that l would be oversold and underdelivered, but after just trying on my beautiful new suit they get a freaking A+ here! I'll be a lifelong customer.

This was our first experience with Excelsior while they were on tour in the US after a friend highly recommended them. The quality items arrived in a timely manner and fit them perfectly!
