My school connected me with Don and Tom at Bangkok Real Property and they were able to get me into a great apartment home in no time. Don and Tom were both very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I may have had. Don was especially great with my son and his million and one questions as we looked at homes. Since I've moved in Tom and Don have made sure to keep in touch with me to help with my transition into apartment living as well as help with any issues that may arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a well-run real estate company, and the added benefit is that Don and Tom are both incredible people. We were so lucky to find them our first time around and I would recommend their services to ANYONE moving to or within Thailand. Our move here was one of the easiest experiences I've so far had overseas, and that is in large part thanks to the fellas mentioned above.
Communication via email and WhatsApp were EXCELLENT. They answered all of our questions clearly and quickly. In addition, the combined knowledge and skill set that Don and Tom offered were incredibly valuable in helping us decide on a location that matched our needs and comfortably settle in. They handled all of the translations (Tom is a Thai national), paperwork, wifi setup and other tedious tasks that typically make the process a headache. This time around it felt effortless.
The house and property were exactly what we expected. There were no surprises and we love the place. Don and Tom were even kind enough to show us around the neighborhood and give us a lift to the grocery store. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case because the two guys who run the show at Bangkok Real Property are so genuine and good at what they do.

They showed us nice places in Sammakorn Village., near my wife's office and my son's school.They are quick to respond to our questions and were very helpful in facilitating our contracts. We have since moved apartments but still with the same landlady and the same real estate agents. in the same village. If you are relocating to Bangkok, I highly recommend them.
