★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum had an eye cataract done 4 months ago and her eye still irritated until we took her to Singapore and found out her eye has retina detachment. Requiring urgent eye surgery. Good service but lack of responsibility to the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sensational Service. :) I had a bad reaction to an allergy but these guys fixed it asap. In a bed in 5 minutes with a beautiful Doctor and two Nurses and they fixed my symptoms in no time. Cost 2500 Bart but worth every penny. These are the best ever. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital doesn't take responsibility after operation
They leave people to die
They only start a treatment after they get payed even when there patient is in critical condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPATS & THAIS BEWARE
I was admitted to Bangkok hospital Nakhon Ratchasima on Saturday 21/08/21 after a cycling accident where i felt hard on my left side,
They done chest and rib and also collarbone x-rays. (6 or 7)
I then stayed in hospital till Wednesday 25/08/21 total of 4 days
Every day a consultant would come in and from first day he said collarbone not broken only fractured and would heal its self in month or so.
We also visited the hospital A & E on 28/08/21 and had further x-rays done and was told no change from pervious x-rays
We visited the hospital again today for consultation and i asked for further x-rays to be done as this was to painful for a fracture. 05/09/21
Xrays were done and yet again the consultant said only fractured and not broken, and when we looked at the x-rays it is ABSOLUTLY clear that the collarbone is broken; we complained , and his superior , yet another consultant said it was a fracture and would fix its self
ANY DOCTOR THAT SAYS THIS WILL FIX ITSELF SHOULD BE AT THE LEAST...SUSPENDED, AND SHOULD LOSE HIS JOB AS A DOCTOR !!!!!!!!!
PLEASE SEE PHOTO
any one can see there is a 40mm gap and broken bones are now overlap each other
This broken collarbone should have been diagnosed first day NOT 2 weeks later, and diagnosed by myself, lucky i went with my own feelings that this was broken.
i have had to endure 2 weeks of pain and i will now have to be operated on to join the 2 parts together again..... and the Bangkok hospital does not accept responsibility
see photos ......a 5 year old could tell you this is broken..
Waste of time complaining, they are not interested in good customer service....only to take as much money as possible...
Went to ST Marys hospital in Korat... confirmed broken, operated within 24hr of arrival..... REALLY GOOD SERVICE !!!!!!
BEWARE !!!!!!!!! i would not put my life in the hands of Bangkok Hospital !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good medical supports and high standards on hygiene procedures especially for Covid-19 protective measures. The hospital has service mind and care for non-Thai speakers; translator was doing a really good job as some of medical terms I did not understand, without the good translator, things would be much difficult including international insurance service. I really love the service. Thank you all for your medical cares and supports…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A word of advice. Do not let the doctors pressure or hurry you into unnecessary procedures to create big bills for your insurance company. And be sure to check your bag of medication against your receipt to ensure you indeed have received what they have charged you for.
In my case, I'm less concerned about the gross overcharge and missing medication than I am about the further injury caused by the two stitches in the small cut on my thumb and the tetanus vaccine that was recommended without asking my history.
It doesn't seem to me the doctor and surrounding medical professionals are abiding by their Hippocratic oath.
