I booked the testing 2 days in advance by LINE and got stucked in the line for 40 minutes.I thought maybe the system or computer would have broken down. After that, I realized they are part time staff with short briefing before start-off. He asked for my ID many times and sticked to the panel. The cashier didn't shout a queue number so customets can't recognize their queue. She saved the throat health, that's good for her but bad for customers full of confusing procedures to go on. No clear advice at each step. Think twice before coming here. You pay 500 baht more for a better service anywhere else. Not here.

No clue where to queue when arrived, registration process took so long, staffs looked confused, poor English speaking, had to take photo for identification purpose, the queue to pay and taking the swab test was long. Staffs were chit chatting along the way, and no one will call your queue number. You are expected to follow closely your number to pay. Low budget for this kind of low quality service, regret coming to here!

The staff are very nice and polite, they offer English and Chinese services. Good!
