★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this place to get a retainer done and get my teeth cleaned. I have an appointment for 2pm. They do a mold for my teeth and tell me they don't have room for me to do teeth cleaning too once I am there. So I leave and I have my gf give then a call to find out when they will have retainer done. They tell her they have no retainer being made because I didn't confirm. Why would anyone need to confirm a procedure that is already done? Now I need to have a mold done again. Not wasting my time with this place again. Life is too short for that. Be smart and never waste your time with a place that can't even do the job you request them without multiple confirmations. I am not a babysitter. I refuse to babysit a business that should be running a professional organization.

The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and prompt and amazing and the Dentist Dr. Waravit performed exceptional service.
Bangkok Dental care has staff that speaks English and is located next to On Nut BTS station in the Century movie Plaza on the third floor.
The best part is that the charges and fees for excellent service is very reasonable to have a treatment done at an excellent equipped dental facility with trained Dentists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really good, very clean, staff are professional and take great care to make you feel comfortable. They have a covid air cleaner in place giving that extra level of security. Located on the top floor of the mall. Very affordable, they speak English, I will go back again.
