★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a business place. You can expected what you paid here but not an attention as a family. They didn’t care if you’re during a hard time with the patient.
You paid and they served, as a business only. My comment will be a business review as well. There is no any impression tho.
Since been here for a month as a 1st customer. What you paid was for services and places only. Other than, you need to pay yourself for everything including standard medical stuff such as an alcohol, mask or glove. They also asked you to pay for their service even you’re not there as well.
My understanding might be wrong. I just said what I’m encountered with. And maybe you have enough luck to received better than me.
