★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My comment is directly to Western union service department. Customer service was rude to my elderly mother, she is disabled, and special needed for her hearing. She got yelled at because she couldn’t hear well, and she couldn’t follow a simple instructions and got it done as fast as the agent wanted it to be. I thought the agent was supposed to help a customer who has a limited ability to do a certain business.
As far as the process went, the agent made my elderly mother drive back home and brought in the last receipt to receive the money. The agent couldn’t find the town where the sender lives, my mother has the reference number, sender’s address, phone number, and name handy and correctly.
No more service at Wester Union Bangkok Bank Phitsanulok Branch. Siam Commercial Bank MoneyGram is much better overall.
