★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother received a call saying that they were offering a free checkup for Mothers' day, and that she could bring the whole family along, and we finally went today.
I have to say this was the shadiest medical experience I've ever had. When we arrived, they asked for our phone numbers, addresses, national ID beyond the usual name and age information. The walls of the waiting room were lined with shelves of various multivitamins. The main test that they offered for us was 'live blood analysis'. When I looked it up, it turns out that the majority of it is pseudoscientific. The validity of Live blood analysis is not backed by any scientific evidence or by the medical profession at large, and once I found this out, I declined to continue with the check up, by my family stayed since we had already traveled to the clinic.
The procedure was very simple. Doctors retrieved some blood from my mother's fingertips and then put it under the microscope without waiting for it to die (hence the name live blood analysis) and put it on the monitor. The doctor took some time to examine the blood, and said that the blood cells often stacked together, indicating the likelihood of a blood clot. There were also large yellow chunks which the doctor said were 'acid crystals'. Basically, he painted a very negative picture of my family's health but didn't go into specific details about what might've caused it other than 'you've been sleeping late' and 'you've been dehydrated'.
After that, we were brought to a nearby room where an assistant tried to explain the 'science' behind live blood analysis, along with suggestions on us eating better, sleeping better, and of course, that we should come in next week to join their exclusive program (she literally told us only 100 families could join at a discounted price) where we would be given supplements (through IV, no less). We told her we would think about it and got out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its advertising was deceptive. It offered an annual check up program for a reasonable price but ended up trying to get patients to buy their other programs or treatments. I felt cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just one star would be enough, and here are the reasons:
- I got med check-up vouchers as a gift, and we went on Sunday (our only day in Bangkok) and completed all of the processes.
- We were told that the results would come out the following week, and since the doctor won't be available on Sunday, they will arrange a video call for the blood test results.
- The following week, they called and said that the doc couldn't make a video call but instead a voice call, so I said I had no problem.
- And then they called me again, saying the doc couldn't make a voice call anymore, so you'd better come to the clinic in person.
What a poor management and at the end we got nothing other that the whole morning we spent that day.
For someone looking for a service here, this place 'might not be a good choice'.

Poor management.
No transparency with customer and poor customer service.
We were promised a free full course trial on the phone. When we got there at 3:45 PM, the staff confirmed that there was enough to get everything done. Through out the explaining process, the staff was very confusing and kept going in circles to kill time because there was a long queue for the body scan. We waited for over 1 hour then at 5:22 PM the staff told us there isn’t enough time to get the body scan done anymore. A complete joke and waste of time, because all they are focused on is trying to sell you the course. The staff at the counter was already very rude.
Also, the working hour is not updated on Google and Facebook. The clinic closes at 6 pm.
Other Anti-Aging centers are much better.
