- ค่าน้ำค่าไฟ แพงมาก อยากให้ตรวจสอบมิเตอร์ตามจริงด้วย อยู่ห้องพัดลมเปิดแค่นอนกลางคืน เหมือนเปิดแอร์ทั้งเดือน เห็นบิลแล้วช็อคมากแม่ (ห้องเรามีแค่พัดลม)
- น้ำไม่ไหล ไม่มีการแจ้งใดๆ รอแค่เวลาน้ำมาเอง

- มีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย
- ห้องกว้าง
Disadvantage
- Water and electricity are very expensive. I want to check the meter as well. In the room, the fan is open, just sleep at night. Like opening the air for a whole month Bill was shocked, Mom. (Our room only has a fan)
- The water does not flow without any notification. Just wait for the time the water comes by itself.
