★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉄道の終着駅です。ファランポーンやチェンマイ、ノンカイなどはそれぞれ存在感がしっかりありますが、ここは本当に存在感も知名度もなくひっそり駅舎があります。近くには何もありません。構内ではゆっくりとプライベートな時間が流れます。鉄道好きには結構素敵な場所なんではないでしょうか。お試しあれ。
This is the terminal station of the railway. Faramphong, Chiang Mai, Nong Khai, etc. each have a strong presence, but there is a quiet station building here without any real presence or name. There is nothing nearby. Private time flows slowly on the premises. Isn't it a pretty nice place for train lovers? Try it.

平日のみ日に２本しか列車は来ないので、その存在価値が疑問視されるローカル駅です
特筆すべきは日本の鉄道旅客車が放置されており普通に見れてしまう事
かつて多くの旅行者を運んでであろう車両も朽ち果てこの駅でひっそりと余生を過ごしています
JR西日本より寄贈を受けたこのキハ５８はタイでの運航には数々の支障があり改造が必要でした
ですがその改造計画も資金難により頓挫、その結果改造されない車両がここに置かれ続ける形になっているようです
車両の中には普通に入れますが蜂が多く、臨戦態勢で挑んできますのであまり近寄らない方がいいかもです
