Baan Nong Phra Kuhn School is located in the Thakhon District of Muang Chang District, Seasaket Province in the northeastern part of Thailand and is a public school offering infant education and elementary school primary education for 1 to 6 years. Currently, 117 students and 12 teachers are enrolled. One out of the four school buildings was 6 classrooms in two stories, 39 years old, in addition to being aged, we suffered flood damage due to the floods that occurred every year. In addition, it does not meet the number of necessary classrooms as stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and libraries etc are not secured. As you can see, the school is currently unable to provide sufficient educational environment for students. In response to this situation, by constructing one new school building (four classrooms) with the support of the Japanese government, in addition to securing the safety of the students and teachers without stopping using dangerous school buildings, Since we can secure the number of classrooms as a school, we decided that we can provide an appropriate educational environment and decided to support by grassroots and human security aid grant aid. The Government of Japan will continue to support efforts for human security in the future
