★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Spicy Chashu Rice Bowl and Miso Ramen. The Rice Bowl had authentic spice with ginger and special chili paste. It was great. Noodle in Miso Ramen was good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese ramen on G floor of Siam Takashimaya food center. There are lots of Japanese food which open as small kiosk that you order and grab the food to sit at sharing table. The ramen is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was difficult to decide what to eat for dinner at Siam Takashimaya. There are plenty of good looking Japanese restaurants there but I'm glad I end up at Baikohken and ordered Flavored egg ramen (shoyu broth)
I had plenty of authentic ramen in my life throughout Japan and America. The ramen here is quite delicious, comforting flavorful broth. Those thick bamboo shoots were so crunchy and tasty. I especially love chashu here though, it was perfectly marinated and literally melt-in-your-mouth tender.
I also had gyoza which was perfectly grilled, simply delicious.
I don't mind waiting a while for food to be ready, as long as it's authentic and tasty. And this ramen shop definitely get the job done right ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramen set and Rice set is around 250 Baht, the taste is ok but not great for the price and quantity. Could be better it's too expensive ? for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this ramen restaurant is one of my worst experience. you can put their ramen on the hall of shame!
i ordered Wagyu ramen which is kinda expensive compare to others. so, it supposed to be at least good in my book. unfortunately, it’s horribly bad, the wagyu is not worst their quality, the soup is too salty or even the noodle is too hard to chew.
even their gyoza is below average. i would say i do regret to go to this place.
it doesnt worth any pennies!
