Pros:
Have many food options near by, walkable.
Attractions are there in near by distance
Cons :
No Shampoo in bathroom. Not a big deal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice units in different configurations just off the main road. The one bedroomed room has good facilities like storage space, safe and TV. The shower and personal facilities are good. Simple but sufficient for your all your needs for a touring holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside the cabin looks ok. But the room inside is a bit shabby and in need of a refurb. It is also too small and poor value for money with no bedside table, no wardrobe, no desk or chair inside the room, the crt tv (yes, crt, that will give you an idea of how old it is!!) does not work, the bathroom sink is way too small and ackward to use and the shower is useless with about 80% of the head nozzles blocked and even with tap on full the water just trickles out. The bathroom is dark and dingy and the sort of shower room you would find in a 100 baht a night hotel. Then there are the 3 doorways - the main doorway into the cabin plus the 2 doorways to get into the shower room - the low height means that you have to duck down each time you go in and go out otherwise you will bang your head on the door frame. This is unacceptable. I am 184cm tall ie about average height for a westerner (I currently live in Nonthaburi in a condo unit and each room has plenty of headspace for me). The breakfast was ok.
Overall, very very disapointing. Would I go back? No way, even if it was free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a few nights and it was amazing!!! The owner was so kind and helped us with everthing we needed and more... the cotage we got was magical and in a great location, near the choclate factory and 7 eleven. The owner doesnt speak english very well but we could see that she cares about us.
If you are looking for a place were you can be close to nature but also a comfortable place you found it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here without reservation. Thankfully they have 3 rooms for us. The room for 1400 Baht was ok but they don't have the electric hot water maker for tea. The breakfast was nice. We can choose one menu each person. The drinks are refillable for tea, coffee and cocoa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for stay, i read other reviews about this place was nice but when i stay here for two nights, i think not like other peoples said.
The place like other standard place for stay with old fashion style, and the hotel’s owner (I guess) not really care for the guests.
I ask the owner whether i can rent motorbike or car and the answer is yes but unfortunately the rental place is closed, but the car rental not close but the cost raised from 1.500 baht to 2.000 baht without any prior notice and the english are hard to understand.
The place itself like standard normal place and you can walk to chocolate factory (restaurant and cafe) and 7 eleven (convenient store). The breakfast not so good.
I think need improvement for the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly host but unfortunately no one speaks English apart of one reception staff which he was night shift only,good small hotel for few days only ,small rooms with basic amenities, but avoid in weekend because it will be very full and crowded
