We have been living here for a couple years. The people living here are kind but, the houses here by Pruksa Nara are built with terrible quality. We constantly have to make expensive repairs because the houses in this community were not built with quality materials or construction. An expensive problem for us was our entire first floor-tile needed to be replaced bc of bad quality building materials. This same problem has happened to many houses in the community. There are communities with better quality built houses for same price all around the city.
The worst part about this community is that the swimming pool has been broken for a long time. Now, it is more than one year later after the pool has been unusable, and the management won’t fix the swimming pool. First they told us it would be fixed by October 2020. Then we were told it would be repaired and working by Songkran 2021. The swimming pool has still not been repaired. It makes the whole entrance of village look cheap & ugly. People in this community have paid for a community with a pool, but have been looking at an empty broken swimming pool with no water for over a year.
FIX THE SWIMMING POOL!!!!
The only reason this rating doesn’t have one star is because the security guards here do their job well.
