Are you looking for a restaurant that serves Southern Thai cuisine? Look no further than Baan Ice, a restaurant that specializes on Southern Thai cuisine. Although the price is a little steep, it is definitely well worth the money.
For every group of customers, the restaurant will serve “ma karm” sauce. A type of spicy sauce that is usually eaten along side vegetables. However, this sauce can also be used to enhance the flavor of most dish. The Jasmine rice is well cooked with just the right amount of humidity, making it extremely delicious. Fried menus are sufficiently oiled without excess so it’s crispy outside and soft on the inside. Seafood menus are cooked with fresh ingredients, so it is certainly going to be a delight.
A unique aspect of this restaurant is the fact that it segments the employees into groups, each responsible for different task, making them very efficient in handling customer’s requests. The employees are polite and can swiftly response to orders. I would like to also give a shout out to the restaurant’s lighting fixtures. It is designed and installed in such a way that rivals even high-end cafes or restaurants. You will, without a doubt, get some good photos (and have a great time) with your friends and family at Bann Ice.

A small trivia is that thia chain of restaurant is run by the same people behind Sorn, a southern food fine dining establishment.
