★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted. I have bought many books from this store. Today i wanted to purchase a birthday card for a friend. I opened my backpack to get my wallet and the cleaner lady said "Oi" and approached trying to look in my backpack suspecting me of stealing.
