★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 5 days by Airbnb and it had really cool location and community facility like swim pool and gym. Also, guards working at the front desk and gate were also very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect apartment for my family, it's been a delightful 2.5 years. great pool, gym and all the amenities you'd expect. when something breaks, mechanics are quick to fix it. From the owners down to the gate guards and janitors, everyone here has made us feel at home. Location is ideal too; easy walk to Benjakiti park (thru the church to soi 10) and BTS. Soi 8 has just enough activity to feel like Bangkok without too much traffic or red light areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is located like 3 min walk from the BTS Nana. The apartments are super spacious and fully furnished. We had 5 balconies with great views. The manager will take care of the problems quickly and things will get fixed the same day even after hours if there is an emergency. The building is old but well maintain, and some apartments are under renovation. The pool atmosphere is relaxing, the gym is small but has enough equipment for a decent work out. The only thing that could be better is that the AC units (at least the ones in our Apt) are very old and break often or leak on the furniture that luckily was not ours.
