★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the first resident here and when I left after 2.5 years. My 2 months deposit of 19000 baht was deducted to a remainder of 8670 baht. I had to pay for all the wear and tear and this was not even fair. Be wary of renting at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord/complex owner is one of the the kindest and nicest I've ever dealt with! Helpful and selfless, she's always smily and willing to listen to and go out of her way to fix an issue. Helps a lot with living in this lovely boutique apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed There for a short time. Even though the landlord seemed Nice at First, after my 3 weeks stay she forced me to leave the apartment and moved to Upstairs. The room She offered me was full of roaches and Bugs. After refusing her She started being rude. Because Of her disturbing actions, i found a Lawyer and asked for my Deposit back and an extra Money for compensation. She Threatened me with calling the cops. I told her to do, But She didn't. The Short girl working at the lobby is also not a Good person. She yelled at me then apologized from me. I'm Lucky that i Got my Deposit back. Before leaving the apartment i saw the Landlord trying to open my door when i was outside. Nothing was Stolen But i didn't feel Safe and left the place. ****** I warn everyone to stay away from These Bad people. You can find a lot of Good places around.*****
