★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for unit 549-60 on the 4th floor. We booked this unit through Airbnb. The host's name is FenFen. We absolutely loved this place and would book it again if we return to Bangkok! Here is our list of pros & cons:
Pros:
1.Brand new, immaculate unit
2.Large, comfortable bed
3.Washer in unit
4.Kitchenette with ceramic stove
5.Refrigerator with freezer
6.Dishware, eating utensils, skillet, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses
7.Large shower with hot water
8.Hand bidet
9.TV in sitting room (only Thai channels, though)
10.A/C in bedroom and in sitting room
11.Water kettle
12.Stable, fast Wi-Fi connection!
13.Wood panel floors
14.Security for building
15.Friendly, helpful staff
16.Elevators
17.Security keycard for unit
18.Rooftop pool and lounge area with beautiful view of the city
19.Pullout workstation for laptop
20.Comfortable couch in sitting room
21.Close to outdoor food market, minimarkets, and only a 12-minute walk to the Bearing BTS station
Cons:
1.No pillow protectors or mattress pad
2.No trash can in the kitchen
3.No soap dish or shelf in the shower to put soap on
4.No drying rack on washer balcony to hang clothes to dry (other units had bars to hang clothes)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a different low rise condominium compare with others. It’s merged minimalist and modernist design idea. There are quality furnitures with electric appliances. The rest is using your idea to decorate you space as what you love.

I've never seen a house with lots of cockroaches.
I lived to the room just one day and move out even though I could not get my deposit back. It's a very crazy room. The office people in the Attitude is also crazy.
