★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, good security with full facility's such as lobby to meet people who are still not welcome to your private property, swimming pool with good high genes, gym with clean and well maintained machines and park where you can have small outside party on the top of building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The juristic office didn't repair many things since I koved in last year, although they changed the team and promosed ud the better service.
1) The female sauna
2) The AC inside the fitness
3) The glass mirror at the swimming pool, which was completely broken since before New Year (2018)
4) The bicycle machine
5) The walking machines
6) The big hole at the wall in front of the female restroom
The electricity also usually goes out during the day. Once you report them, they just says that they will ask the mechanic to check and that's it. The problems have been left like that for very long time. This is really disappointing and a failure ashaming management style from the same owner of the new project. Think carefully before you decide to move in.

Comparable with upmarket student accommodation the units are mostly studio/1BR with some 2BR
The location is good - 7 minutes walk to BTS so it might prove to be a suitable tourist accommodation if you are visiting BKK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi in Tower S lobby never works. If you'll take appartment with a view on river every night you will enjoy non-stop barkling and peeping of dogs. No joke! Non-stop. If you'll take app with a view on Life condo you will enjoy rennovation sounds and gas from roads. Rennovation has no holidays. Like a dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location for a condo. The area is residential and easy to find food 24/7. There’s a mini mart in the condo and just a minute walk to 7-11. There’s a fresh market the other side of the road.
The rental price is lower than Ekkamai and Thonglor though it’s just 1-2 stations away. One bedroom starts from 17K per month (35sqm) and 30k-35k per month for 2 bedroom (64sqm).
Each building has a swimming pool and a small fitness room.
It’s so convenient as you can just walk to the BTS Phrakhanong (5mins) or you can take a motorbike taxi (20baht). It’s only 2 station to Thonglor and oh W-district is only 5 mins away by foot.
W-district is kinda food arcade where you can order food from any stalls and seat in the area. They offer choices of food, anything from local Thai to Indian, Mexican, Italian etc.
