very proffesional hospital, solely focusing on skin care. hygenic and international. general staff are efficient in english while doctors are very fluent. the doctor that treated me was experienced. she decribed me my situation and next steps, my options very clearly, without hesitation. every cost is informed before the actual treatment and left for your decision. internal pharmacy and presentation of the medication is also very proffesional. its not cheap but i would have agreed to pay more against such service and care

Its was refered by my Manager in shop to see this skin Hospital. I went Yesterday to see a skin Doctor. First it was good in the Lobby, they are all nice and polite. No need to wait for long. Then I was taught to go upstairs 3rd flr to see the skin Doctor.. the Doctor was good and she take samples on my skin and assisting by two nurses that is very good also. But the one that makes me freakout was the Bill. Its unreasonable price for a patient to pay for 13,+++ for first visit. For an expat like me but from asian country also I think the price is a bit Pricy for all the medicines in this hospital. Maybe I cant go back again to this hospital and try another derma clinic. Not recommendable. If I were you that has a skin problem look first the rate in reviews of the hospitals.

So basically, this place is a scam. Here's how it works. You see a doctor, charge is always 800 baht. (not disclosed upfront), Nursing Services is always 250 baht (which are not actually provided and not disclosed upfront also),The doctor then "prescribes" you medicine. However this "prescription" is only good internally at their in building pharmacy. You then are immediately required to pay the bill in full. They have (they hand write it down), but will not provide you to keep, an itemized receipt listing of the total number, prices and names of the medicines you are required to purchase. There is a good reason they do this. It's because they are covering their tracks so you do not have any paperwork showing the name, number or prices of the medicines you are purchasing...at 10 times the market price...

Clean and nice hospital, however, while waiting for my sister to get her treatment done, I overheard their staff at the reception on level 3 giving racist remarks about their Lao patients. I find it very unprofessional. There should be an improvement on that area. If they don't welcome Lao patients, then they should have a sign at the front door that Lao people are not welcome here.

I have brought my wife and a good friend here for three years and we have received excellent care and courteous service every visit. The staff are friendly and professional and the physicians are wonderful. I recently returned for some work for myself and was completely impressed by the staff, physician, and the cost. Compared to similar procedures in the USA, the cost was a small fraction. When you factor the convenience I doubt I'll ever see a dermatologist in the US again.

I call it cowboys hospital! It’s a scam and they are just after your money. I went to see a doctor a skin infection and all I needed a good quality skin ointment but they prescribe their own brand so they can make extra money. The staff charged me more than 3 grand and asked me to come back next week. The infection got worsen with the treatment as the doctor didn’t know anything about dermatology. I simply popped in to a pharmacy and bought something recommended by the pharmacist. It did heal. I won’t recommend it.

The hospital provides completely different information over the phone than in person. Also, they aim to get as much money as they possibly can, including special (higher) pricing for foreigners. Wouldn't recommend.

Went to inquire about a mole removal. They will not give any type of price range etc. until a Dr. Looks at it. Ok thats understandable. The price for the Dr to look at it is 1050 baht! Ok if the price is fair no problem. After a 10 second look, he explains the procedure. Out of the exam in 1.5 minutes. After waiting 30 to 45 min. He quoted almost 15,000 baht!!! If your a foreigner stay away from this place!
