★ ★ ★ ★ ★ มี 8 ช่อง เปิด 2, เครื่องไม่อ่านบัตรประชาชน เสียบเข้าดึงออกไป 3 รอบ รอต่อไปทำอะไรไม่ได้, ลูกค้าลืมรหัสเข้า App ก็นั่งแช่ช่องไว้อย่างนั้น พนักงานช่วยอะไรไม่ได้ทำตาม App บอก, อยากให้ไปใช้ App โดยมากดดันลูกค้าที่มาทำธุรกรรมที่ธนาคาร ทำแบบนี้ไม่ให้เกียรติลูกค้าเลยปิดๆไปเถิด
