★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artived from abroad at around 11pm as arranged and confirmed by email over a week before. Group 4 female one 82 years old. Assisted with bags and taxi departed. Were then informed the room had been relet.
Thus was a confirmed booking guaranteed by credit card and was non refundable in the even of a no show.
The hotel left 4 females ouside in a narrow dark street far from a main road. No apology was made or attempt to arrange a taxi or transport to another accomodation.
It can only be greed and poor service to allow this to happen.
Beware booking this Homestay especially if travelling from abroad as you may find you room no longer available. Not a good start if you have been on an aeroplane for several hours.
Excuse from hotel was that they had tried to contact since early morning and room was relet at 11.25pm....do not know why as booking confirmed. Only possible explanation they hoped to get paid twice for the same room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. Nice place with very friendly staff that will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also very conviniently about 10 minutes from Don Mueang airport. I have stayed here 3 times now and will do in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic clean place for a stay outside of main Bangkok city. Close to Don Mueang airport. There's a decent size pool and a gym onsite. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hostess is really gracious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a hidden gem. The staff bring breakfast in bed if you sleep in, which is exactly what jet-lag will do to you! I love the large grounds, the quiet pool area (working there now), and the charming nature of the place. Wonderful ... and the price is right too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem in Bangkok. Family owned & operated establishment offering a high caliber of hospitality, customer service, & comfort. Excellent place to relax & close to the necessary amenities. 15 min drive to Don Meung Airport. Rangsit train station is 10 min drive. Our shuttle, handled by the front desk with a set price, with punctual & polite driver. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. The restaurant is slightly over priced than the nearby restaurants but quality doesn't disappoint. Excellent menu offering thai and western dishes. Pool is large, cool & clean. Missing tiles are a cosmetic mishap & doesn't affect cleanliness or functionality. As Bangkok is known for congestion & chaos, this place, staff, service will definitely steer you away towards comfort and relaxation. Recommend this gem to tired backpackers looking for a few days of r'n'r, families concerned about Bangkok safety with their lil ones & couples looking to be pampered & private.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great hotel; if you are arriving or leaving Bangkok. The staff and management are really nice and helpful; always with a great smile. Rooms are big and the swimming pool too. I have never seen such a big and fantastic breakfast. We will for sure be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival we were met by super friendly staff. We'd booked a studio room but we're lucky to be upgraded. However the studio is palatial. The whole property is spotlessly clean.
There's a huge pool with diving board, terrace area to relax, eat and drink.
The food is excellent and worth the wait as it's all freshly prepared to order so have patience and you won't be disappointed. We extended our stay as the place is a true gem on the outskirts of the madness which is Bangkok. Whatever your reason for booking, be it a few days of tranquility after Bangkok or a short stay in wait for a flight this place is excellent go ahead and book. You won't be disappointed.
