★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of 2021 many units are still unsold, so every month or two there's a new unit on the floor undergoing "fitting out." This can result in a heavy smell of chemical fumes (from glues/paints, etc.) on the floor and in other units on the floor for multiple weeks at a time. These VOC fumes can have short- and long-term negative health effects, so the building needs to enforce fans in 'fitting out' units to ensure safe ventilation for other residents.
Many doors are still covered in ripped plastic and paper signs, creating a somewhat trashy look. Elevators can be slow, especially at night when some are shutdown. The gym's temperature is sometimes ~50% higher than recommended (~30C vs 20-22C recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine) and has soothing music, whereas you’d expect something different to get you going for a workout. No info is available on what local recycling rules are. They have a very large number of staff & guards. The units' bathrooms have zero electric plugs, a pain to be unable to plug in a hairdryer, electric shaver, electric toothbrush, illuminated vanity, clock radio, or smart speaker to listen to something while in the shower. The built-in AC units can be a bit loud. Very close to public transit. Will update if things change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible apartment. Look good outside, good location, but inside is absolutely horrible. Apartment design is terrible with no natural sunlight come in. minimum air circulation. I actually left 1 week earlier before my lease ends as i cant stand this. stay away from this.
