They have plenty of customers but horrible skill in managing.
The last time I was there, my dog was coughing without reason. I informed the lady at the counter while I was checking her in. They let we waited over an hour.
Later on we got in and found that it was lung problem (liquid leaked into her lungs). Doctor said we should get in earlier! Hello, we were waiting more than one hour!!! My dog supposed to be helped as emergency case. The judgement of the veternarian was not show the best as professional. Ended up my dog die and later I found out that same doctor did the same mistake to others too. The similar case about this lung problem.
So...say good bye to the place that I used to love.... As business grew big, everything have changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly it seems the management is totally unprofessional, old-fashioned, narrow-minded and not responsive to constructive comments of any kind. There are indeed lots of rooms for improvement for the hospital in terms of services, standard of medical cares and treatments, as well as facilities and overall environment. Medical fees and doctor fees sometimes can be "ridiculously" overcharged (think 5++ stars private hospital)despite the fact that the vet only spended 10-15mins on the patient for simple procedures and the rest was to give useless and unpractical advices.
This is the private Animal hospital that's supposedly to be run on the philosophy of"sufficiency economy". Today it's NOTanymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general good service. Mostly knowledgeable dedicated vets. Some are even willing to speak English - which helps...
Maybe hospital is a victim of its own success: Waiting times can be extremely long. Admin and organisation should be upgraded: they should make an effort in assigning time slots to patients/doctors and allow for timed appointments to reduce those waiting times. (And reduce the pressure on the vets as well...)
Waiting time usually 1 to over 2 hours should definitely be improved.
