★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amorn Prestige is exhibiting at Central Rama 9, today 2/8/2019, I visited 2 times and looked around, looked inside the cars, tried to open all were shut, there were around 6 staff some seated and some playing with thier phones at no time did anyone make any effort to approach me to help or ask of my interest, I already own a 3 series M3 that I purchased at Millennium Autos, but changed my service requirements to Amorn as Millennium auto service was disgraceful. I had no issue with Amorn servicing or repairs, but the sales team just walk around trying to look pretty, and I don't really care how nice or pretty they look, I just want to buy a new car. Maybe, go back to Millennium Autos to purchase. Question, why spend so much money exhibiting if you don't want to sell cars?
I am really angry with the sales, it's is not upto the customer to hi to them, they should approach customers as soon as they show interest, or did they ignore me cause I am not Thai and think I can't afford a BMW, really my current BMW is my 5th BMW car 2 were 7 series 2 were 5 series current car is 3 series M3 sports.
I have photographs of the staff doing absolutely zero, just talking and in thier phones. If Amorn Prestige care of my sales I would prefer a member of the management contact me not sales staff.
